Damage Waiver Information

TLDR; The Damage waiver is an optional pre-paid add-on which is an acknowledgement between Jumperland Rentals and Renter, that relieves Renter from any liability that was caused by damages that were not in control of the Renter.

Examples of when the Renter is COVERED: 

1. Unintentional Fire

2. Rain or Flood

3. Earthquake

4. Wind / Lightning storm

5. Tree fall

Examples of when the Renter is NOT COVERED:

1. Intentional fire / firework / gun damage

2. Theft of any Jumperland Rentals property / equipment / accessories

3. Damage from misuse, disregard of safety rules on unit manufacture labels, relocation of unit, or modifications to unit after it has been professionally set up.

4. Intentional damage due to Silly string sprays outside/inside unit, sharp objects used in or around unit

5. Animals nearby (Pigs, dogs, cats, goats, etc.) are not covered and may leave holes and tear up unit. 

If the Renter purchases and pays for the Damage Waiver, this is a guaranteed agreement between Jumperland Rentals and Renter that they will not be held responsible for any damages that occur under the list of COVERED examples. Renter must select the damage waiver option and pay prior to set up and use and potential damage that may occur, and not after. The Renter understands that by paying for the damage waiver he/she also clearly understands the list and full terms of this binding agreement and is agreeing to take full financial responsibility for any damages that fall under the NOT COVERED examples.
